Europeana 2025 - preserve, protect, reuse

We are excited to announce that Europeana 2025 will be held on 11-12 June 2025 under the patronage of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU! This hybrid conference is organised in collaboration and partnership with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the National Institute of Cultural Heritage and the POLIN Museum in Warsaw, who will host the conference.

Tickets for Europeana 2025 are now available!

If you work, in, with or around the cultural heritage sector, and are interested in the preservation, protection and reuse of digital cultural heritage or in how you can connect with and benefit from the common European data space for cultural heritage, Europeana 2025 will be a fantastic opportunity to meet with, learn from and work with your peers.

You have a number of options to participate in the way that suits you the best:

  • Do you want to attend online? That’s free to everyone and tickets are unlimited! Register now for your free online ticket.

  • Do you want to join onsite? Early bird tickets are now available until 1 May 2025 at a 50% discount for ENA members and a 20% discount for non ENA members. Tickets start from 150 euros, and you can see all options and prices on our ticketing platform. Register now for your in person ticket!

Europeana 2025 - Preserve, Protect, Reuse will take place on 11 - 12 June 2025 under the patronage of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU and we are delighted to announce that ticket sales are now open! Discover how you can secure your place onsite or online, and all the exciting reasons that you should attend.

ENA Members Grants

Support to attend the conference in person

The Europeana Network Association (ENA) is offering its members grants to be able to attend the conference onsite in Warsaw. 25 applicants will be eligible for up to 500 euros to reimburse travel and hotel costs. To apply for this you must:

  • Have been an ENA member since 1 March 2025

  • Provide a motivational pitch covering why you are applying, including what you hope to gain and give as a result of your participation in the conference on location in Warsaw

  • Submit your application by the end of 21 April 2025

You can apply for a Members Grant by emailing your motivational pitch to network@europeana.eu, also including details of your name, job title, organisation and country you are based in. The ENA Management Board will assess the applications based on a motivational pitch, and confirm the status of applications by email on 24 April 2025. Travel costs will be reimbursed after the conference.
