About the event

The Europeana Communicators Community is hosting a meetup in Athens for members to connect, discuss key developments within the Europeana Network, and share insights into the evolving role of digital transformation in cultural heritage. This informal event aims to foster collaboration and encourage networking among the communicators community while engaging in discussions on how to strengthen the Europeana initiative.

Audience

This event is aimed at Members of the Europeana Network Association Communicators’ Community who are able to join in person in Athens; however, we welcome other ENA members who would like to learn more about the Communicators’ Community - and those who are not yet ENA members but are interested in joining!

Welcome and Introduction (5:00 PM – 5:15 PM)

  • Opening remarks by Maria Kagkelidou, organiser and Communicators’ Community SG member
  • Address by ENA President Sophie Taes highlighting the importance of active communities and offering a quick update on ENA activities

Communicators' Role within Europeana (5:15 PM – 5:30 PM)

  • A discussion on the role of communicators in the Europeana Network Association
  • Quick brainstorm session on how to enhance the visibility and engagement of the Europeana Network Association across various sectors
