The Photography and Archives Conference (29 May, Florence)
Hosted at the prestigious Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) and organised in collaboration with Photoconsortium, this is a public event for heritage and archives professionals and creators. It brings together professionals from renowned photographic institutions, research centres and private image banks to explore the evolving landscape of photographic archives, and also aims to strengthen professional networks and promote exchange across institutions and fields of expertise.
The event will showcase the EUreka3D-XR project’s goals, tools and impact. Confirmed speakers of the EUreka3D-XR consortium include Antonella Fresa, Vice-President of Photoconsortium; John Balean, Operations Manager at TopFoto; and David Iglésias, Head of Photography and Audiovisual Records Department at Girona City Council.

EGI2025 (June 2-6, Santander)
If you haven’t yet picked up a project booklet on 3D heritage workflows, you'll have another chance at EGI2025 in Santander, Spain. The annual EGI conference sees international scientific communities, computing and service providers, European projects, security experts, community managers and policymakers gather to advance research and innovation in data-intensive processing and analytics. The EUreka3D-XR project will be present at the EGI booth for all your questions and 3D resources needs. EUreka3D-XR consortium members will present the project and its technical infrastructure in detail at the conference.

Europeana 2025: Preserve, Protect, Reuse (11-12 June, Warsaw)
Apart from being one of the leading conferences for anyone working with or around the cultural heritage sector, Europeana 2025 will feature presentations by members of the EUreka3D-XR consortium, a video presentation of the project's intended outcomes and an opportunity to get your free copy of the project's 3D digitisation Guidelines.
Valentina Bachi from Photoconsortium will present a session on Thursday 12 June , that will explore how the EUreka3D project has developed a suite of services and resources expressly dedicated to cultural heritage institutions who need to store, manage, document and share 3D models relating to digitised or reconstructed cultural heritage assets. It will demonstrate how the project aims to facilitate the sharing of such 3D cultural collections in the common European data space for cultural heritage, and show the EUreka3D Data Hub, its fully functional platform.

Digital Heritage 2025 (8-13 September, Siena, Italy)
Digital Heritage 2025 is the premier global forum where culture meets cutting-edge technology. This conference is a key gathering for digital heritage professionals, and EUreka3D-XR will contribute insights on 3D, AI and immersive technologies.

The EUreka3D-XR webinar series (November 2025)
If you can't attend a conference or event in person, the EUreka3D-XR project is organising a free online training programme designed for heritage professionals, researchers and digital specialists. Over three weeks, participants will dive into key topics such as 3D modeling and XR applications. Each session will include a presentation and an interactive workshop so you can get hands-on experience with the tools and platforms that are part of the EUreka3D-XR competence centre. Attend all three sessions to receive a certificate of participation, endorsed by a university partner. The sessions will be hosted by leading experts in digital heritage.
