Europeana 2025: Preserve, Protect, Reuse (11-12 June, Warsaw)

Apart from being one of the leading conferences for anyone working with or around the cultural heritage sector, Europeana 2025 will feature presentations by members of the EUreka3D-XR consortium, a video presentation of the project's intended outcomes and an opportunity to get your free copy of the project's 3D digitisation Guidelines.

Valentina Bachi from Photoconsortium will present a session on Thursday 12 June , that will explore how the EUreka3D project has developed a suite of services and resources expressly dedicated to cultural heritage institutions who need to store, manage, document and share 3D models relating to digitised or reconstructed cultural heritage assets. It will demonstrate how the project aims to facilitate the sharing of such 3D cultural collections in the common European data space for cultural heritage, and show the EUreka3D Data Hub, its fully functional platform.

Location: POLIN Museum, Warsaw, and online

The EUreka3D-XR webinar series (November 2025)

If you can't attend a conference or event in person, the EUreka3D-XR project is organising a free online training programme designed for heritage professionals, researchers and digital specialists. Over three weeks, participants will dive into key topics such as 3D modeling and XR applications. Each session will include a presentation and an interactive workshop so you can get hands-on experience with the tools and platforms that are part of the EUreka3D-XR competence centre. Attend all three sessions to receive a certificate of participation, endorsed by a university partner. The sessions will be hosted by leading experts in digital heritage.

Stay tuned for registration details, to be found on eureka3d.eu —this is a fantastic opportunity to upskill in 3D and XR for cultural heritage!
