PhD in media and communication studies. I have worked in the areas of information society and new media audiences/uses, before switching particularly to the area of museum communication and museum development both in terms of academic and practical work. As a research director I was responsible for the development of the new permanent exhibitions of the Estonian National Museum which we opened along with the new museum building in 2016. Current work involves both museum development projects, some curatorial work and professional consulting of the developing public policies. Member of the expert board of European Heritage Label (2019-2021).
