FRAME Basics
Apply for the annual FRAME training programme dedicated to audiovisual archives, organised by INA (French National Audiovisual Institute).
Since 2010, INA (French National Audiovisual Institute), with the support of EBU Academy, FIAT/IFTA and the Creative Europe MEDIA programme, has organised the annual FRAME training programme dedicated to audiovisual archives.. The call for applications for FRAME Basics, the first training session of the 2024 edition of FRAME, is open until 7 April 2024.
Target group
The FRAME Basics training session is aimed at European and international professionals working in the audiovisual archives field, primarily at professionals who are willing to reinforce or acquire the fundamentals of audiovisual archiving (professionals with little experience, professionals who have had little or no training in this field, professionals working in organisations with few resources, etc.).
Training programme
The training programme will cover all audiovisual archiving process steps and aspects, from preservation, digitisation, documentation to access, reuse and promotion. It will focus on fundamental knowledge and skills. It will be delivered in English by European and international experts of the audiovisual and digital sectors.
Dates and place
The training will take place online during six half-day sessions, in two parts, from 12 - 14 June and 19 - 21 June 2024.
