First ECHOES Open Call Q&A

The First ECHOES Open Call for stakeholders in the cultural heritage community to contribute datasets for use in the Cultural Heritage Cloud was released on February 28, 2025. Proposals for the first stage of the application process must be submitted by 23:59 CEST on 15 May 2025. Along with the First Open Call announcement, a Guide for Applicants was also released covering eligibility and call focus, deadlines, application stages and submission criteria.

To support prospective applicants, the ECHOES Team will host a First Call Q&A Session online on Thursday, 17 April at 15:00-16:00 CEST. This session will share details about the application process, provide a short submission platform demo and answer questions on the call and submission. 

Participants are asked to review the Guide for Applicants in advance of the session, and pre-submit questions. The chat function of the webinar will also be available so you can engage with the ECHOES team live.
