ENDORSE - The European Data Conference on Reference Data and Semantics

This conference shares knowledge, experience and best practices about the management of interoperable reference data and semantic technologies. It is organised by the Publications Office of the European Union.

Since the inaugural conference in 2021, ENDORSE has brought together experts, researchers and professionals from national public administrations, international organisations and EU institutions to discuss emerging trends in the fields of semantic interoperability, knowledge management and digital policymaking.

Building on the momentum garnered during previous editions of the conference, the Publications Office of the European Union and Interoperable Europe, supported by the Digital Europe Programme, are delighted to announce that the third edition of ENDORSE will take place in Brussels on 8 and 9 October 2025.

The slogan of ENDORSE 2025, ‘Reference Data and AI: Transforming Data into Action across Borders and Languages’, reflects the organisers' commitment to exploring the intersection of reference data and artificial intelligence. With the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act having entered into force on 1 August 2024, the conference will serve as a timely opportunity to discuss the use of AI in the context of reference data and semantic technologies.

Networking opportunities will be a key feature of ENDORSE 2025. Attendees will get the chance to connect with experts of reference data and semantics through dedicated networking sessions and interactive workshops and panels. They will also be able to interact with innovators showcasing their projects at stands dotted around the venue.
