Find out how the Europeana Network Association (ENA) and its Communities have been addressing the topic of AI in 2025 at its General Assembly meeting!
Are you interested in the development and use of Artificial Intelligence in digital cultural heritage? Do you want to know more about how Europeana’s Communities are shaping a shared vision for the use of AI in the common European data space for cultural heritage? Are you interested in learning how you can contribute to their activities? Then join the Europeana Network Association General Assembly on 13 November 2025!
The event will reflect on insights from the Alignment Assembly on Culture for AI and recommendations and learnings from the ENA cross-community workshop and high level policy webinar held on 27-28 October in Copenhagen. These initiatives mobilised cross-disciplinary knowledge within the ENA, contributed to European policy conversations under the Danish Presidency, helped to position cultural heritage institutions as proactive voices in the global AI debate and provided an opportunity for continued dialogue and sharing of best practice within the community. The AGM will be a chance to learn more about the initiatives, their achievements and share your views!
This meeting is exclusively for existing ENA Members. We will offer you an inspiring overview of highlights from ENA’s and its Communities' work over the last year in the area of AI, as well as insights into the activity highlights of 2025 and plans for 2026. The programme includes the presentation of formal ENA documents (annual and financial reports), and the Assembly will launch the 2025 voting process. The event is taking place online and is moderated by the ENA Management Board.
