Through hands-on training, expert keynotes, and peer exchange, participants will explore how 3D technologies can shape the future of cultural heritage supporting digital transformation, capacity building, and innovation.

The programme features a dynamic mix of keynote lectures, a comprehensive hands-on workshop, and collaborative sessions, tailored for museum professionals, digitisation experts, and cultural heritage practitioners at all levels of experience. Participants will receive targeted training in 3D cultural heritage practices while contributing to the development of the 3D Online Competence Centre — a European hub for professional training, capacity building, and the sharing of best practices in the field.

The Winter School is particularly relevant for digital heritage professionals seeking to deepen their expertise and engage with peers shaping the future of 3D in cultural heritage.

Format and Participation
Day 1: Hybrid format, open to a maximum of 100 participants on site.
Days 2 & 3: In-person workshop, limited to 25 participants.

For Day 1, you can choose whether to join online or in person. On-site tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Organised in cooperation with the Twin it! Part II campaign from the Europeana Foundation and the European Commission, the Winter School is part of the broader effort to build a European Online Competence Centre for 3D Cultural Heritage.

Registration is open until 31 October.
